We developed the lemon poppy knot as a new product for the opening of the coffee shop towards the end of 2018 and it's growing in popularity by the day.
We use the same dough as the cinnamon buns but cover it with lemon juice, zest, poppy seeds and sugar before cutting into strips and twisting into knots. The pastry is finished with crunchy nibbed sugar and lemon flavoured icing.
Order in multiples of twelve.
If you'd like a smaller quantity you can purchase individually from the cafe or coffee shop.
