Our very own Norwegian hybrid pastry. Cardamom flavoured dough is fried rather than baked before being filled with vanilla custard, topped with a coconut icing and finished with a sprinkle of coconut.

A cross between the classic skolebrød and the berliner (doughnut in Norwegian).
